How do I return an item?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging, including any security tags if provided.

Simply place the item in its original packaging (e.g., shoebox), seal it inside a shipping box, and attach the return label. Make sure to remove or cover old shipping labels.

Once received, returns typically take 5–10 business days to process. Refunds to credit cards may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

Do you accept back orders?
No, we do not support back orders. If an item is out of stock, our team will notify you promptly. You may choose a replacement item or have your order cancelled and refunded.

Can I get a price adjustment if something goes on sale after I buy it?
Yes! If an item’s price drops on our website within 10 days of your purchase, contact us and we’ll refund the difference.

How do I leave a product review?
On the product page, scroll down and click “Write a Review.” We’d love to hear your thoughts!

I added something to my cart, but it disappeared at checkout. Why?
Our inventory is live. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. It may sell out before checkout is complete.

Will this item go on sale soon?
We can’t guarantee future discounts. Pricing varies based on availability and demand, and some styles/colors may be marked down individually.

The item I want is out of stock. What now?
Check back frequently—we restock often. You can also sign up for restock alerts on the product page.

Why was my order delayed?
